Frequently asked questions
Everything about how Expaid cashback works. Still stuck? Check your account status or reach out from the footer.
Does Expaid ever hold my money?
No. Your funds always stay with your regulated broker. Expaid only tracks your traded volume and routes the broker's commission share back to you as cashback — we never touch your deposit.
Do I still get cashback if I lose money trading?
Yes. Rebates are paid on trading volume (lots), not profit — so you earn cashback whether the trade wins or loses.
How do I get started?
Open a new account through your broker's Expaid link, or transfer an existing MT4/MT5 account. It takes about two minutes and nothing changes about your spreads.
How is my cashback paid out?
Cashback is credited into your linked trading account at the broker. In this phase Expaid does not hold funds or process payouts — you withdraw from your broker as usual. We calculate your rebate and set up the IB link for you.
How often is cashback calculated?
On a weekly cycle (Monday–Sunday). Each week's volume is reconciled against the broker's report and credited the following week.
Does linking my account change my spreads or trading conditions?
No. Your spreads, leverage and platform stay exactly the same. Expaid only changes which introducing broker your account is tagged to, so the commission share can be returned to you.
Can I link more than one account or broker?
Yes. You can link multiple MT4/MT5 accounts across the supported brokers and track all of them in one dashboard.
What is the rewards Journey?
As your lifetime traded volume grows, you unlock milestone rewards. When a reward is unlocked you can claim it from your dashboard after a quick identity verification.
How does the referral program work?
Share your personal referral link. When people you refer trade, you earn a share of their rebate. Your referral earnings appear in your dashboard.
Is there any cost to use Expaid?
No subscription or hidden fees. Expaid is compensated by the brokers based on referred trading volume, and returns the majority of that back to you.
