Expaid (“we”, operated by [[Expaid — legal entity name]]) is an introducing partner (IB) of third-party brokers. We provide cashback tracking and reward services based on your trading volume. We are not a broker, do not offer trading accounts, do not hold client funds, and do not provide investment advice.

Eligibility. You must be of legal age in [[jurisdiction / country]] and permitted to trade with the relevant broker. You are responsible for complying with your broker's terms and your local laws.

Cashback. Rebates are calculated from broker-reported trading volume and are indicative until reconciled. Rates may change when a broker changes its partner program. In the current phase, cashback is credited into your broker trading account; Expaid does not process withdrawals.

Accounts & verification. We may require identity or account verification (including email and phone OTP) before approving linked accounts or fulfilling reward claims. We may decline or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, abuse, or broker chargebacks.

Rewards. Milestone rewards are subject to availability and the stated volume requirements. We may substitute a reward of equal value where necessary.

What you give us. Account details (name, email, phone), the trading-account numbers and broker you link, reward-claim shipping details, and messages you send us. If you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address from Google.

What brokers report to us. For accounts opened under Expaid, the broker reports the account number, trading volume and the rebate it paid. We do not receive your broker password, your balance or your individual positions.

What is logged automatically. Each time a page of this site is opened, our server records the IP address, the approximate location (country and city) and network operator derived from it, the browser's user-agent, the page address, the referring page and the page language. We use this to count visitors, to tell people from automated traffic and to protect the service from abuse. These records are deleted automatically after 90 days. This logging does not use cookies and does not depend on the cookie choice below.

Cookies and similar storage. Essential: your sign-in session, the language you chose, and your cookie choice (kept in your browser). Optional: Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Accept all”, and you can change that choice at any time with the button below. Sign-up and sign-in may run an automated-abuse check provided by Cloudflare, which processes technical data about your browser.

How we use it, and on what basis. To provide the service you signed up for — calculating and showing cashback, verifying and supporting your account, fulfilling reward claims (performance of a contract); to prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the service running (legitimate interest); to send marketing or load analytics (your consent, which you may withdraw); and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing with your broker. To confirm that a trading account was opened under Expaid, we send the email address of your Expaid account to the broker concerned and receive back whether it matches a referred client and which account numbers belong to it. We share nothing else about you with brokers.

Service providers. We use providers for hosting and database, email, SMS, sign-in, analytics and abuse protection (currently including Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Twilio, ThaiBulkSMS, Google and Cloudflare). They process data on our instructions. Some store or process data outside Thailand; we rely on the safeguards the law requires for such transfers. We may disclose data where required by law.

Retention & security. Account data is kept while your account is open and afterwards only as long as the law requires. Verification codes expire within minutes. Page-view logs are kept 90 days. Raw trade files are retained only as long as needed and then archived or deleted. Data is stored with row-level access controls and is reachable only by staff who need it.

Your rights. Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you may ask to access or receive a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, move it to another provider, and withdraw consent. Write to [[legal@expaid.io]]; we answer within 30 days. Some data must be kept to meet legal record-keeping obligations. You may also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.

Trading foreign exchange and CFDs carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose more than your initial deposit. Expaid is an introducing partner of the brokers listed and receives compensation based on referred trading volume. Expaid does not provide trading accounts, does not hold client funds, and does not provide investment advice. Cashback does not reduce market risk and should not be treated as a reason to trade more. Rebate rates are indicative, computed from observed paid commissions, and subject to broker program changes.
